It is ok if you do not know where to start in therapy. Some people come because they know something does not feel right, but cannot name it exactly. In session, we will go at a comfortable pace and talk through the patterns in your life, understand your "stuck points" and when you find yourself being self-critical, and find ways to challenge those stuck points and accept our limits. We can explore the difficulties with saying no to others, or how to ask loved ones for support.
